Decent sized bedrooms, friendly neighbors, the property manager is friendly and super responsive (thanks Isamar!), the pool is awesome, good security, kitchen pretty well stocked. Cons: the common areas are small for 6 people, the walk to downtown Samara takes more like 15 minutes on a busy road (it’s about .6 miles), the coffee maker is undersized for 6 guests, and there are no lounge chairs/comfy seating outside. We were concerned about the corner location on the busy road as mentioned in other reviews but it was absolutely fine. A little noise here and there but never woke us up or was a bother, rather it added to our experience of a bustling foreign getaway. We used a fan that drowned out 99% of the noise.
