Staff was very helpful, kudos to Eugene & his colleague (forgot her name but from Thailand) as they gave us great recommendations on which nearby cities to visit. Breakfast was delicious & had a good variety of food. We also received an upgrade to a suite which we greatly appreciated upon our fast check-in! "Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "
