NEW Nolin Lake - Mammoth Cave area, Lake Front with Lake Access Lake Home

Brand new home with gorgeous views of one of the nicest coves on the lake (Clee’s Point). Walls of windows toward lake from main and lower level. Sliding doors to deck with fireplace and large TV, including outdoor dining and living furniture. Weber Grill station (propane provided) at other end of deck. Two arcade games (Golden Tee and Pac Man Plus) and Nintendo Switch with TV on loft (few games downloaded.) Open floor plan with floor to ceiling fireplace on main level. All stainless steel appliances. Large dining table and island bar seating. Lower level has 75 inch TV and wet bar, expansive lake views with walkout to corn hole and soon to come fire pit (Nov '23). Lake access path from our property down to the water. Beds for 12, plus additional sleeping possibilities with sectionals on main and lower level and standard size sofa on loft. Access to nearby neighborhood walking trail with short walk to the lake. Easy access with your own digital door code. Travel size toiletries, kitchen sink and laundry soaps provided to get you started. Less than thirty miles from Mammoth Cave/Cave City activities.

Docks are private and not accessible to renters. Public lake access via walking trail at the bottom of the hill is just a few minutes walk.
Home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No garbage disposal in kitchen so please be careful.
