500 meters from the ocean, this charming apartment, facing west is very quiet; duplex with Wi Fi, 82cm flat screen TV, ADSL Box it includes:
- an open living room on a bright terrace-loggia overlooking the pines with a wooden table, five chairs, a library, a comfortable sofa bed and a storage cabinet with glass doors.
- a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, multi-function oven, extractor fan, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine,
- Separate toilet where the washing machine is located.
Upstairs :
- a bedroom with a double bed of 140cm, very comfortable, closet-dressing, shutters and beautiful curtains to protect your sleep
- A bathroom with electric towel rail, double shower heads and hair dryer.
You can park your car Cormorans Street (very quiet) in front of the entrance of the Residence and for your bike, you will have access to a secure bike storage.

Ce logement n'est pas à recommander pour un parent et un voire deux enfants jeunes adultes. Très bien pour un couple et des agencements à prévoir pour justifier le cout de 1300€ la semaine.

Séjourd d'une semaine au Cap Ferret

Séjour très sympa au Cap en 1 semaine, on a le temps de vraiment visiter le coin. L'appartement est super bien situé, très proche de la plage, des restaurants et du marché quotidien avec Les Halles. Seuls bémols : coin cuisine à réaménager, douche très petite surtout quand on est grand ! Un petit ménage de fond (poussière sous lit et toile d'araignée serait à prévoir :) Par contre la personne qui a fait notre accueil et remise des clés au top ! Elle ainsi que le propriétaire ont demandés régulièrement s'ils nous manquaient quelque chose. C'est très appréciable !

Très agréable appartement en plein centre du Cap Ferret dans une résidence avec piscine

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé. Très bien aménagé, il est confortable et possède même une charmante bibliothèque. La piscine est grande, calme et agréable. Les commerces sont à deux pas, le Bassin à 3 minutes et l'Océan à 10 minutes. C'était parfait. Merci !

Excellent emplacement

Nous avons passé une semaine en juillet 2016 et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé au coeur de la ville, à 2mn à pied de la rue principale où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Le reste se fait à vélo ce qui est très agréable - nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture de la semaine! L'appartement est certes petit mais confortable pour deux adultes (attention aux escaliers très raides pour les personnes âgées ou même les très grands comme mon mari!). Depuis notre passage la propriétaire a fait plusieurs améliorations dont une nouveau frigo, four multi fonctions, meilleure lumière dans la chambre, etc. N'oublions pas la piscine extérieure du complexe qui est très agréable après une journée de plage!
