Our 3 year old daughter loved the barn cats, the cows, sheep and bunnies. The setting couldn't have been more idyllic. The apartment itself is newly renovated and was very clean. "I visited for 5 days recently and was overwhelmed by the amazing apartment. The friendly owners clearly love their house and keep the apartment that I stayed in on the top floor immaculately. I had a huge deck and views out of every window to the alps. I could even see the mountains from my bed. There is a full kitchen with every cup, plate, pot, pan and utensil you could need and even salt and pepper and some essentials. The bathroom, living room and bedroom are really large and well furnished....

"Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"The view of the Alps is beautiful from the balcony. The sounds of the cowbells often in the distance. The property is far enough outside Fussen to be away from the tourist bustle but close enough for easy access to everything by car. The nearby lake See was beautiful."

"Very nice, clean and spacious apartment in a ski village. Lots of hiking trails in the area. A chairlift is across the street that offers spectacular views and more hiking trails when you reach the mountain. The famous Neuschwanstein castle is within 30-40 min drive from here. Definitely recommended."
