"It is very apparent that the host does not take pride in ownership, the toilets were broken, screens to windows falling off the tracks, door handles came out to open the door, power kept going out, nasty garbage rotting in the hallway. The host was in response before and during the stay. Very port quality of furniture annd apartments was not very well equipped. The building has potential but the host kills it. The onlY positive note was the location."

"Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. Non mi capacito come questo locale sia ancora...

Appartamento ben curato e molto accogliente; in una posizione ottima per farsi una passeggiata in centro o trovare ristoranti ottimi. Come prima vacanza in Salento non potevo chiedere di meglio!!! "Meine Frau und ich waren im November 2024 für 4 Nächte in Lecce, um von dort aus die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Dafür ist diese Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist fussläufig in 10-15 Minuten von der Altstadt von Lecce entfernt, alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Parken ist auf öffentlichen Straßen ohne Gebühr möglich."
