"The apartment was clean and bright. The location was perfect. The shower was brilliant and the kitchen worked well. What would make the apartment 5 star would be good seats in the living room. There was a nasty smell in the kitchen area - perhaps a drainage problem? The owners were lovely people who made us very welcome."

"Helpful staff, someone on reception when we arrived late at night. Very close to Ferry Port and easy to find. Good breakfast. Very clean room and extremely comfortable bed. Would recommend for an overnight stay when arriving in France on the Newhaven Ferry. Will definitely use this hotel again."
