Le Soler stay
Although enjoyable not quite what we were expecting. We only however had 2 problems. Finding the location initially. There were no directions and eventually we had to phone Alain. The second was the shower. It was very difficult to use and needs reviewing.

Des choses à revoir.
Cottage bien placé cependant, on a vu beaucoup toiles d'araignées et de fourmis. Le cottage en lui meme est correct. Il faut aussi revoir l'adresse qui est sur l'application abritel quand on clique sur l'adresse elle est incorrecte. Mais je suis tres satisfaite de mon séjour.

Comunicació ràpida i efectiva, l'idioma no ha suposat una barrera. Allotjamemt molt maco i molt agradable. L'estada ha sigut el que esperàvem. Si tenim una altra ocasió, repetirem.

Beau potentiel mais pas exploité
Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et très arrangeant. Logement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Parking privé et sécurisé appréciable. Cependant, les extérieurs ne ressemblent pas vraiment aux photos (vieillissant). Le bruit de la 2x2 voies est un inconvénient et ce serait bien par exemple de rajouter des lumières dans l'allée des cottages notamment quand nous rentrons de nuit. Le spa n'est pas fonctionnel non plus et c'est vraiment dommage car nous étions intéressés. La propreté de la douche est négligé (moisissures) Attention l'adresse renseigné n'est pas la bonne.

excellent séjour nous reviendrons
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Alain est très accueillant et très arrangeant sur les horaires. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Ne vous inquietez pas si Alain ne répond pas le jour même, il est très pris par son travail mais il ne vous oublie pas. La maison est très bien située, pas loin d'Argeles, le Canet, Leucate, Barcares et l'espagne. Nous avons été enchantés. Merci encore Alain !

Quelques petits "inconvenients" (infiltration d air dans la porte, nationale à proximite) bien vite compenses par d autres choses essentielles: bon accueil du propriétaire, maisonnette très coquette et originale entourée d un très joli jardin, indépendance...A recommander pour un passage à Perpignan, proximité belle campagne et routes desservant la région.

Chalet très humide Très mal isolé on ressens beaucoup d air froid Ménage à revoir beaucoup de toile d araignée et d insecte mort au sol
