Outside, a parking space protected by a porch, and a second parking space with gate. You also have 2 small rooms of about 1 m² each to store all the beach equipment (in the immediate vicinity of the large car park at Cavalière beach).
Entrance with storage cupboard, stairs to 1st floor.
Upstairs: guest WC, entrance hall, fitted kitchen, dining area, separate living room, large 35 m² terrace equipped with a blind, with stunning views of the beach.
Stairs to 2nd floor, one bedroom with separate beds, one bedroom with double bed, both air conditioned. Balcony (1.2m / 7m) with superb view. A bathroom with WC.
Equipment: air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, TASSIMO coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, ironing equipment, many kitchen utensils, dishes.

The price does not include: linen rental. Optional, price on request, depending on need.
Internet and WIFI key 4g at 39 euros per week for 2 gigabytes of connection per day.

Wir haben Mitte Januar das Apartment gebucht und zu dieser Zeit (alle Restaurants, Geschäfte etc. waren geschlossen) eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Heizungen funktionierten einwandfrei, was bei den herrschenden Temperaturen wichtig war. Das Apartment war gut eingerichtet und die Betten auch in Ordnung.Die Agentur hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert und ist fußläufig von dem Apartment 5 min entfernt.

Die Lage der Fewo ist top. Nur über die Straße und schon ist man am Meer. Meerblick genial. Viel Platz vorhanden, Gegenüber ist ein Restaurant welches später als Disko bis teilweise bis 02.30 Uhr sehr laut Musik spielt. Nichts für lärmempfindliche Leute. Eine Dusche fehlt (nur Badewanne ohne Spritzschutz vorhanden). Kein kostenloses WLan vorhanden. Muss sehr teuer dazu gebucht werden (fast 6 Euro am Tag).

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de nombreuses commodités, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie et doté d'une magnifique terrasse. Bel accueil et bons services de la part de l'agence. Accessoirement, il manquerait un presse-ail, un repose-cuillère, une cafetière traditionnelle.Dommage que la table extérieure soit plus petite que l'an dernier.

L'appartement lui même est Parfait ! Comme l'année dernière nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement avec une très belle vue mer, la vue juste un peu prise par le platane..2 petites remarques, qui n'ont en réalité rien à voir avec l'appartement, le travelwifi 4g ne fonctionnait pas correctement et tombait régulièrement en panne et le disco quand même assez bruyant jusqu'à 1h des fêtes du ( très bon) restaurant Acampa de l'autre côté de la rue... un peu dommage, mais de nouveau vous ne pouvez rien y faire !! L'appartement est bien aménagé et je le recommanderais certainement à d'autres personnes !! La nuit c'est un oasis de silence et de tranquillité !!! On s'endort avec la berceuse des cigales...

Magnifique et grandiose terrasse face à la mer avec la plage à 2 pas. Le balcon devant les chambres offre une vue extraordinaire sur les îles d'Or (Levant, Port-Cros). Le changement de toutes les fenêtres avec un double vitrage est maintenant très efficace pour protéger de la musique du voisinage le samedi soir.
