Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Habitation Jacqua, Villa Bel'Rock is just a 3-minute drive from the heart of Le Diamant. Arrive in 25 minutes from Aimé Césaire Airport and benefit from secure parking for three vehicles.

Description:
Renovated in August 2023, this single-story villa boasts 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The exterior features a saltwater heated pool, tiled terrace, garden lounge, barbecue, shower, and a dedicated play area: petanque, basketball, ping-pong, soccer, and more. The open-concept interior lights up a spacious living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The master suite, with an ensuite bathroom, opens to the terrace. Three additional bedrooms, a comprehensive laundry room, and a modern bathroom offer all the comfort you need. Safety is enhanced by electric blinds.

At the airport exit, take the N5 towards SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and keep going straight ahead.

After about 18km, (watch out for speed cameras!) take the exit for LE DIAMANT.

Continue along this road until you come to a roundabout with a U Express on your right.
Continue straight ahead at this roundabout, then at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit on the right in front of Les Gourmandises du Diamant, continue straight ahead until you reach a crow's-foot, where you have to follow the right lane (it's narrow), continue straight ahead and at the 1st bend on the right, you'll see Villa Bel'Rock on your left. The gate works with a beeper, and the concierge will be waiting for you.

Séjour très agréable

La villa Bel'Rock est très bien agencée et offre des prestations de qualité : espaces à vivre spacieux, équipements complets, mobilier de qualité et bien agencé, vastes chambres avec de grands espaces de rangements, décoration soignée, propreté irréprochable... La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus : on peut en profiter à n'importe quel moment. Ce séjour en famille s'est révélé des plus agréables.
