Located just a few minutes from the center of the village of Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré, this 55 m² single-storey house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and 1 baby. It comprises :

- a 100 m² exterior with terrace and deckchairs to enjoy sunny days,
- a bright, open-plan living area with lounge and dining room,
- an open kitchen with all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
- one bedroom with two single beds (90cm),
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- high chair, cot, baby bath,
- Wifi and a selection of books.

Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré is a peaceful and charming village on the Ile de Ré. The house enjoys a quiet, peaceful location just a stone's throw from the village center. Enjoy the village lanes, local markets and nearby bike paths. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the shops and market, where you can sample local produce. The "L'Océan" restaurant serves tasty cuisine.
