This beautiful, modern, air-conditioned 43m² apartment offers an ideal setting just steps from the sea and the Lydia for a family vacation. Sleeps 5/6.
Living area: fully equipped kitchen, living room (sofa bed), large terrace & barbecue.
Sleeping area: 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds)
Amenities: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge. Garden furniture. Private parking space in front of the apartment's gate.
A second terrace below provides storage for bicycles, a clothes horse, and beach items. The beach is 50m away.
Pets allowed: €30 supplement for pets under 10kg.
Bed linens are not provided; end-of-stay cleaning is optional. The deposit is €550.
