"Overall stay was perfect for what i needed. Staff was excellent as well as the service. Hotel is nice spacious rooms but they need to update a little. Toilet seat was broken. Water knobs were loose in shower and in sink. Other than a few fixes everything was great. Oh and the bed was very stiff. The mattress felt like sleeping on a board. "

"We decided to stay a couple days in Medellin, and we found out this hotel. The hotel’s service and staff were nice and helpful. Great ,safe location w/ lots of restaurants, night clubs, and convenient stores. Small bath w/ hot water. Large bedroom w/ hard bed, and I think they need to update the beds. Too noisy, we couldn’t sleep well at all due to loud music, and there are trafic lights few steps away from the hotel which increase the noise specially at night time. In all, it’s okay if you want...
