The main issue with this property was that we found a ring camera (plugged in and turned on) inside the living room. Because of this, we left the night we arrived. Additionally, the property was not as described. The washer/dryer was behind a locked door and when we asked about it, we were told it wasn’t functioning. There was no ping pong or pool table. There was no bbq pit or outdoor space. The grass in the front and back yard was knee-level. The listing claims it sleeps 9. There were 6 of us. There was 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. That would’ve left 2 of us to sleep on the couch. We weren’t given extra blankets or told where any might be. Also, the sectional couch was nice, but the section not shown in the picture is permanently stuck in the reclining position. There was WiFi, but we weren't given the password - even after sending a message to ask for it. Overall the house was clean, but it did have a musty smell that stuck to our luggage and we could smell it for a few days after on our clothing.

Would not recommend.
Booked the stay, circumstances changed 4 days later tried canceling the reservation they told me it was out of the cancelation policy which was one month BEFORE I booked the house. House rules was extensive said they’d charge $45 per person who wasn’t listed to stay. Bed count was not accurate. Has bed 1 listed as 2 beds which is inaccurate, has a futon listed which was inaccurate and when asked about the futon they said they removed it because only one person was booked to stay.
