"Recently had a five day stay at this house while visiting family in Ohio, very clean and comfortable home providing everything necessary. I recommend if your looking for a reliable cozy stay"

"Property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a basic meal. Area is quiet and beds were comfortable. I appreciated the extra blanket in each bedroom as I tend to be cold at night. We loved the character of the house and would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Dayton."

"The hosts were very welcoming and were readily available if we had needed. House was in good shape physically. Only gripe is you can tell the house has been smoked in pretty heavily in the past. While it was cleaned off the walls pretty well, you can definitely see staining in the carpets and can smell it throughout the house."
