"The hotel was lovely, and the staff were really friendly but the restaurant was closed as were all the other restaurants in the village except for a pizzeria, an indian and a kebab van. The indian was good, but I think the restaurant opening should be clear on the listing "

"Mooi en rustig hotel met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Ruime kamer met groot balkon. Super schoon. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, niets is teveel. Ontbijt ook zeer uitgebreid. Kortom wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad!"

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location, free car parking, average breakfast, clean and quiet. Regarding our room, we booked a room and they gave us something different. WiFi signal was very poor in the room. In addition, breakfast could be improved. Bare in mind that check n time is limited, until 6 PM, and remember to collect the summer card. it will offer you many benefits."

"The rooms (more appartments) are huge, 10p can sleep here although that might be somewhat crowded. The hotel is opposite the funicular railway which connects walkways in the mountains between Flachau, Wagrain and St Johan. Especially fun for families with kids, there is a lot to do! The food is great and so is the staff. COVID-19 measurements in the restaurant: it’s buffet style and everyone uses a plastic glove on one hand so no one touches anything. The staff wears facemasks. "If I could give this property more stars, I definitely would! There were 13 family members in our group, and we ALL absolutely LOVED this stop on our epic European trip!! The rooms were the highlight of our experience, as each room opened up into two separate sleeping areas (one of which had a kitchenette). The bathroom was split into two different rooms, with a toilet and sink in one room and a shower and another sink in the other room. Our hotel rooms were so spacious for each of our mini groups that we were actually able to all hang out on one side of one of the rooms, sharing a few drinks together,, watching track and field, and talking about our plans for the following day at Kehlsteinhaus. If we ever travel back to Berchtesgaden, we will DEFINITELY be staying at this quaint, enchanting spot again!! (P. S. The front-desk service was IMPECCABLE!)"

"A great choice for my short stay in Berchesgarten. Close to railway station which was very convenient for me. A short walk into the main area of town which has plenty of dining options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was closed during my stay other than for breakfast (which was excellent). "

"We woke up every morning and did a weather report as well as a cloud and cow report. The view of the mountain was so special - we loved seeing the cows come down the mountain at night. The sound of the local train and thin walls made it a bit noisy so if that would bother you ask for a room at the back of the building or expect to sleep with ear plugs. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and fresh ingredients. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to others no problem!"
