"Fernanda was a saint! We got in late due to construction on the interstate and were exhausted. She personally escorted us to our room after the computer wouldn't let her make keys (she later brought them to us) and apologized for any inconvenience (there was none at all). The room was spacious and fit our family of five comfortably. The shower had amazing water pressure. The breakfast was OK, but we were thankful for it before getting back on the road. It was busy, but plenty of parking. "
