"This hotel is currently under heavy construction. Our balcony overlooked the ugly construction site. Our bathroom shower had this incredibly difficult step up to get in the bath. Totally not suitable for older visitors like us."

If you are staying over a 3 day weekend, best to stay one night in Vigan to appreciate the place at night then travel 2 to 3 hours to Laoag and stay the rest of the trip there :)
