"Nice little motel. Great value for the price. Property and surrounding area was clean. Room was clean and felt safe. Couch in the room was a little bit older. No fridge or microwave. "Room was very clean and comfy. Staff was great. Location was great for an event at Rocky Point. One issue - and I've never complained about noise at a hotel in my life. But my room was the closet to the lobby desk. And for a long while around midnight - there was a lengthy conversation in the lobby - with one voice being a very loud male voice. I recommend a sign posted in the lobby asking people to keep conversations at a minimum volume late at night. One more thing - since I couldn't sleep...

"What a s h I t hotel! Found a long black hair on my pillow. And an old pillow at that! My co-worker had a room with blood splattered in the wall and patched up holes in the wall. He moved to a non smoking room which was slightly better. This hotel needs to be torn down. "

"Overall the home is beautiful. There is a gorgeous mostly well stocked kitchen and 3 bedrooms with beds for couples. One of the king beds listed is a pull out couch in the pool house. The biggest con of this place is that there are no blackout curtains or anything to block the sun in the bedroom so for our June visit the rooms were very bright at 5:45AM. We also had to go out and buy some of our own things that you'd think would be included (garbage bags). Other than that its a beautiful home...
