"Beautiful location and garden grounds. The bathroom trash was full and a wet piece of underwear was also on the floor. We were charged $12 USD for using our credit card even though we chose charging in local currency. Breakfast buffet was low even by 8:30 but remaining fruits were fresh and tasty. We had had a late arrival (9:45pm) which we confirmed via email."

"This host provides exquisitely presented dishes you choose for dinner! Sophie is an extremely talented chef. Her dishes are delicious and beautiful. The host also provides a buffet style breakfast each morning which is varied and beautiful! They are both delightful people who make you feel right at home. Would definitely choose this place again! "We found this place by chance and were glad we did. It was lovely! Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character. The couch in our bedroom was a bit shabby but we spent our time downstairs visiting with other guest and the manager. "
