"The biggest concern was the condition of the third floor shared restroom. Two recommendations: An installed toilet paper roll and a secure water distributor on the tub. It isn’t an ideal tub for persons over 5’ tall, but one can sit and scrub satisfactorily as long as they have average flexibility. Also, an upgrade of tile on the walls and floor of the shared restroom would be ideal."

"Perfect location close to the metro and 8th Street with lots of great food choices. Cozy house with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen and bath. Perfect size for two people. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property."

"We loved not being in the hustle and bustle of DC but not being too far away from everything. Communications with the host were quickly responded to. This place had all we needed to enjoy our get away. If and when we return, we will definitely stay here again!!"

"The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time.
