"We loved the sea view apartments! We were a bit dubious at first as the first floor is a bit run down, however where the apartments are is very clean and well kept. It was in a great location and the room had everything you could need, especially if you were staying for longer than a few days. "Ok place, but only 1/3 of the apartments was finish rest was undone - the resort looks it got finance problems and never being finish. My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor.

"Lovely hotel in Rethymno. The service was good and very helpful. There was plenty of options for food and drink in the all-inclusive package, I'd highly recommend.
They had some entertainment on at 9pm pretty much every day but there wasn't much else other than that.
We stayed in the suite and it was wonderful for a couple's one week holiday. It's only five minutes to the beach which was nice an easy."

I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "

There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table. Also, ordered drinks that never came. This happened on multiple occasions.
