"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"Lovely location and good view from outside space. We had to phone twice in an hour to get the check in information after 3pm. The shower was blocked and very very mouldy on arrival. The blockage was fixed but remained very dirty. Their was a lack of facilities - main light not working in bedroom, bedroom and kitchen not in same apartment, no cover for duvet, only see through net curtains, only one dinner sized bowl/plate, very dirty sofa in kitchen space, stale smell throughout on arrival. "
