"The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. "Perfect sums up our experience! The house was immaculate, comfortable and beautifully decorated inside and out. No detail was overlooked. Outside the views of the ocean were beautiful. It was the perfect home base as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from RWU. We were able to walk to Colt state Park, spend a day in Bristol as well as just sit relax and enjoy all that the home offers"

"There was a Restaurant on the roof, Safe elevator and room code. However, expedia never sent the email with the code so when I called the number to the actual Thomas Suites, a very friendly gentleman answered and sent me everything I needed and answered all my questions. We will definitely stay there again."

"It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep."
