"Brian and Avery helped us so much! Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive at 11:45 pm and Brian said it was no problem! However, the Detroit plane had mechanical trouble and the weather was bad, delaying our flight and making us miss both connecting flights. I called Brian in a panic. He again said it was no problem. We did not arrive in Kalispell until Monday morning. When we got to the hotel, Brian & Avery greeted us like family! They made sure we weren’t charged for the night we had not stayed. "The hotel is old but they are remodeling rooms. My mom has stayed previously. This was my first time. Rho (I can’t remember his full name) was super helpful and sweet. The room did its job. I needed somewhere to sleep and shower."
