"We had a relaxing 2 night stay at The Hersie House. We slept like babies in its comfy bed during the terrible storm that passed through. Its decor & charm is so welcoming and the history takes you back!! Shannon the Host made sure we had everything we needed and gave quick response to any questions. We loved the open space in the back even though it’s located on the main road. It’s close to food & DG if you need something quick. Go a head and just book it!!"

The listing showed a hot tub, but there isn't a hot tub on the property, and we noticed later there isn't one in the pictures. Overall, a nice rental with an accessible, friendly host. The layout of the home is great for families. Our kids really enjoyed the loft and outdoor swing. The home was well equipped with everything you could need. "House was recently renovated and a great little gem in a convenient location. Huge yard for the kids to enjoy. Well stocked house with all the essentials - linens, towels, coffee, kitchen supplies, and game! Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!"
