Staying with us in the winter and going skiing? We are literally at the base of Big Boulder mountain and a short drive to other ski resorts!

Aside from the location, the house offers the ideal layout for trips with multiple families. The first floor has a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, a large living area for gatherings, and a dining/kitchen area with every amenity you could need. Off of the dining area, have morning coffee and enjoy beautiful evenings on the back deck - which boasts a dining table and grill. The first floor also has a generous primary bedroom and large ensuite bathroom. The second floor has a full bathroom, King bedroom, bunkbed room, and a kids’ loft area. Then the basement by itself is the perfect kids’ getaway - complete with their own living area, card table, large TV with Xbox Live gaming system, board games, two more bedrooms and full bathroom!

But the “extras” do not stop there! You also have all the community amenities, including tennis courts and the Boulder Lake Club - with four Renter passes included! This gives you seasonal access to recreational activities including the lake beach, heated pool, tennis and volleyball courts, cornhole, ladderball, bocce ball, and ping pong. Boats, kayaks, and watersport equipment are also available for rent.

NOTE: all renters must be 25+ years old. Also not permitted are adults renting for groups under the age of 25. All guests must act in accordance with Community Code of Conduct and Township ordinances (clearly displayed in the property).
