"We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! Thanks to Bob and the whole team for an awesome experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that."

"This was a great spot to stay. The house is very spacious with great furnishings. Lots of space and beautiful views from the balcony. We liked the access to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The shuttle was helpful and friendly. The pools were very nice too. I would return!"

Everything was a bike or golf cart ride away, including restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, etc. Wonderful trip to Seaside!"

"We stayed at this property for Easter vacation. House is brand new, a lot more of space and everything that you need to make your stay great. We used bikes to ride along 30A highway to explore. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. Walking distance you will have good restaurants and Publix is a few minutes away. I highly recommend this rental. I...

"The house matched the pictures and the listing description exactly and was in a quieter area off 30A. There was lots of space, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and pantry, enjoyable screened in porches both upstairs and downstairs, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and most importantly to my children: the pool was a 15 second walk (if that) out the front door! Highly recommend the house and would definitely stay here again."

While there are multiple complaints of a lack of amenities we did not experience this, the description of the home mentions only having a starter kit but we did not need anymore than that. We had 10 people for 3 nights. There were plenty of supplies for us. The reason for the 4 stars is that the home had quite a bit of damage inside.
