"Clean & comfy & well equipped with all you need. As stated in the listing, you do hear the people upstairs, but the noise didn’t last long. The location was great! Old Town just steps away with access to major streets to get you where you want to go! I also liked the separation of the bedrooms, which offered privacy for us during our stay. Separate bathrooms were nice too!! We enjoyed our stay! Thx!!"

I was impressed with the communication and quick problem solving with the last minute switch. Daris definitely went above and beyond. Thank you for a clean welcoming home. "Friendly interaction with host from day of booking. This was our first time in a host’s property. We were apprehensive, but, all turned out very well. Property was as we’d hoped and expected, even though we got in late and left early the next morning. Best sleep of the vacation, this far. Only suggestion would be to orient the guest to the TV channels and operation of the TV. Ron said he would have helped if I would have inquired, even after 9 pm. Nice park close by for dog to romp in. Really...

"Do not stay at this property. Upon arrival we encountered people obviously on drugs/alcohol and we couldn’t believe the property manager expects someone to stay there in those types of conditions."

"Clean and as described. Fully stocked kitchen to be able to cook on gas stove. Nice neighbors. Easy access to Rio Grande, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, and not too far from Rail Runner Railroad stop. Also nice collection of pamphlets with info about local parks, events, culture, etc. It is on a pretty busy road, but no issues, just be aware you will have some vehicle noise."

"The location was perfect for traveling between ABQ and Santa Fe. Listing described property as a home, but it’s actually an apartment- which worked out okay. Didn’t hear neighbors or have any issues. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Would definitely recommend for a long weekend in ABQ."

"Appreciated the last minute reservation and accommodating our two small fur kids. David was prompt in all his communication. The Studio served us well and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the enclosed courtyard was perfect for our dogs who enjoyed the cooler weather compared to Arizona."
