"There is no question about this small resort it is absolutely astonishing with the surrounding scenery. It just stunning! Beautiful lake and surrounding area with plenty of other breathtaking places to visit. However the lodge we had did have a problem with hot water when we first arrived but was quickly resolved. The main issue was our cabin ( it had extremely creaky floors!) this wasn’t a problem in itself. However if you had to get up during the night you’d wake up the other people you are...

"We stayed here in July for one night and it was like being invited to a house party. The welcome could not have been friendlier. The accommodation was perfect and the little terrace was bathed with early evening sunshine, very pleasant. The Air con was very welcome later though. We didn't have the evening meal but it smelled delicious!! Breakfast was exactly what we needed. it was ideal and a lovely change from a chain hotel. Thanks, A little Gem!! "

"Nous descendons régulièrement dans cet hôtel lorsque nous nous rendons dans le sud de la France. Nous y retournons pour l'environnement, le cadre, le confort des chambres, la piscine en été, le restaurant qui propose une cuisine toujours fine et raffinée et le petit déjeuner qui est délicieux. "Stayed for one night on the way south. Uzerche was a nice place but quiet and we found limited options to eat at a reasonable price. The room was fine. The restaurant food was good but quite pricey, we thought."
