Timeless Treasure w/ Pool

Step through the front door of this expansive, three-story colonial and find yourself transported a world away. Todd Hill Farmhouse harkens back to when we had space to breathe, to refocus on our loved ones, and to enjoy the natural bounty around us. Enjoy the tree-lined pool, help yourself to a book from the library, or settle in for a game in one of many cozy corners. With two expansive farm tables and multiple couches to sink into, you may want to push off “real-life” for just a bit longer.

Baby Equipment:
At this property, we provide pack & play, high chair, & kid's dinnerware for your convenience. For any additional baby items, we highly recommend bringing your own or sending us a message in advance so we can recommend a nearby rental service.

Please know there are no bedrooms on the main floor, in order to access any of the bedrooms you must climb at least one set of stairs. There is a half bathroom on the first floor by the living area!

There are two barns on the property, these are off-limits to guests and we ask you do not go inside either of them.

The pool is located behind the home, guests will need to walk a short distance uphill to access the pool area.

This was a family gathering. We had 4 children 3yo and under. The location of the pool, up the hill met all our safety concerns. The house was just amazing and so impressive with a library that made down time more enjoyable. We have a piano player in the family who entertained us on the piano. The kitchen was breathtaking and I often rent homes yet never seen one so well stocked with dinnerware and glasses. This may be our favorite spot and hope it is available during Christmas holidays.
