Algarve idyll near the beach for long-term tenants

The comfortably furnished apartment with private entrance is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse on a 10 hectare nature plot in the central Algarve. In addition to the bedroom, there is the living area with open kitchen and a second living room with adjoining large terrace and far-reaching views over the property to the mountain ranges of Monchique. The spacious designer bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet and bathtub. A car parking space is located right next to the entrance, the entire apartment is barrier-free. Thanks to underfloor heating, the apartment can be used all year round. Air conditioning is not necessary due to the historic construction. The apartment is functional and furnished with loving details for 2 to 4 people and offers everything you need for an individual, quiet holiday. Civilian luxuries such as dishwashers, additional air conditioning or a television set are deliberately dispensed with. A Wi-Fi connection is available. The saltwater pool is still under construction and will be available from the end of 2024. A solar-heated sauna is located on the property and can be booked for personal use on request for a fee. Since the landscape is wild, our Quinta is only suitable for families with small children to a limited extent. Slightly older children, on the other hand, will find a natural adventure playground. The site is not fenced.

Within walking distance are various restaurants in Porches. In Lagoa you will find authentic Portuguese restaurants away from the tourist crowds. In 10 minutes by car you can reach the extensive beach of Armação de Pêra or the typical Algarve beaches in Benagil, Carvoeiro and Ferragudo.

What is special about our accommodation is that it is self-sufficient in electricity, water and sewage and makes an important contribution to environmental protection in the Algarve. Our guests are invited to follow this idea of the economical use of resources.

A Hidden Gem in the Algarve: A Dream Stay in a Sustainable Paradise

Our recent stay at the holiday home of two talented architects, Annehei and Willem, on their estate in the Algarve, Portugal, was nothing short of extraordinary. The property is completely self-sufficient, generating its own electricity and water, which only adds to the sense of tranquility and harmony with nature. Annehei and Willem were the perfect hosts—kind, welcoming, and always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their warmth, along with the delightful company of their house cat, Scarllet, made us feel truly at home. The location exceeded every expectation we had. From the stunning design of the house to the breathtaking views, it was a dream destination that combined modern comfort with the beauty of nature. Logement tranquille près des plages

Le logement est très agréable et spacieux. Il est tout neuf donc il reste des finitions à revoir. L'endroit est isolé et non loin de la mer. Nous étions 4 adultes, je pense que le logement est plus adapté à 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Annehei et Willem sont très agréables et chaleureux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Ils ont toujours été présents quand on avait besoin d'eux. Je recommande.

Sensationelle Wohnung auf wunderschönem Geländ

Sehr sympathische und aufmerksame Vermieter. Tolle Wohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und schöner Atmosphäre. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und tolles Gelände mit seltenen Vögeln. Begrüßungskorb mit den wichtigsten Dingen für den Start und mehr. Ein Meerwasserpool mit Weitblick ist kurz vor der Ferigstellung. Gerne hätten wir ihn getestet. ❤️ Danke, wir haben den Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen.
