The townhouse offers 2-3 bathrooms, 2-3 separate bedrooms (depending on occupancy) and free WiFi throughout the house. Each house has a grill including charcoal. The terraced house offers friends and families an inexpensive alternative to accommodation in the hot spots of Sölden and Obergurgl. The ski equipment for 6 people has enough space in its own ski storage room. Highlights: 1 visit to the sauna per week included Activities nearby: The possibilities for hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, running and climbing are almost unlimited in the Ötztal. Huben is particularly suitable for many sports thanks to the wide, level pool. Children will be enthusiastic about the “Water and Stones” adventure park, the “Ötztaler Funpark” and the many riding stables in the area. Längenfeld also offers a mini golf course and a beautiful swimming pool. The rafting and canyoning tours with a local outdoor provider as well as several via ferratas, optionally with local mountain guides, ensure a lot of action.

Extrem enttäuschend
Leider fanden wir ein sehr ungepflegtes und unsauberes Ferienhaus vor, das zudem sehr unangenehm roch, da es ausschließlich mit einem Holz Ofen beheizt wird. Wir reisten nach einer Nacht ab, da wir uns extrem unwohl fühlten und durch Schimmel in den Bädern und die sehr schlechte Luft, durch die nicht gut funktionierende Abluft des Kamins, gesundheitliche Bedenken hatten. Die Bettwäsche war in allen Betten am Reißverschluss defekt, die Betten und auch die gesamte Unterkunft waren nicht sauber. Überall war Dreck zu finden und Haare etc. in den Betten. Unter der Küche lief Wasser heraus. Kühlschrank und Backofen waren ungeputzt! Am Morgen nach der ersten Nacht sprachen wir die Vermieterin an. Der Schimmel war bekannt, wäre aber in ihren Augen nicht problematisch oder großflächig genug. Der undichte Siphon in der Küche, neben dem eine Steckerleiste liegt, die genutzt wird, war ebenso bekannt und schon häufiger "herausgerutscht". Sie hatte keinerlei Lösungsvorschläge oder Angebote. Auch die Begrüßung war sehr unfreundlich. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut nicht. Das Haus ist in einem sehr lieblosen und schlechten Zustand und in unseren Augen so nicht bewohnbar. Es gibt keinen Feuermelder und keinen Kohlenmonoxidmelder. Bei einem solchen Ofen ein NoGo! Auf eine Rückmeldung von FeWo direkt zu unserer Reklamation warten wir bis heute. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen!

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in top Lage
Wir waren für eine Woche zu sechst im Haus Oliver. Buchung und Kommunikation bei Anreise waren sehr einfach und stets sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt eher einfach gehalten. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Esstisch und offener Küche und drei Doppelzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad. Die Ausstattung, Betten, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, alles machte den Eindruck schon etwas älter zu sein und versprühte nicht gerade das Gefühl von Luxus, für den man hier aber auch nicht zahlt. Da wir ohnehin nicht hier waren um Zeit im Haus zu verbringen, sondern planten, den ganzen Tag in den Bergen zu sein, war das kein großes Problem. Nur die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas wertiger sein können, da wir jeden Abend selbst gekocht haben. Auch sonstige Haushaltsmittel, wie Seife, Spülmittel oder Tabs für den Geschirrspüler müssen selbst mitgebracht oder gekauft werden. Die Sauberkeit war aus meiner Sicht in Ordnung, einer aus unserer Gruppe fand jedoch ein Paar Socken der Vormieter unter dem Bett, das hätte bei der Reinigung auffallen müssen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Huben ist sehr zentral im Ötztal gelegen, das ganze Tal kann mit maximal 30-40 Minuten Fahrt erkundet werden. Das war für unsere Gruppe optimal. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft in Anbetracht des sehr geringen Preises zu empfehlen. Insbesondere Gruppen, die im Aktivurlaub dort sind, dürften sich über die günstige, zweckmäßige Ausstattung und die Möglichkeit von drei zeitgleichen Duschen durch getrennte Badezimmer, freuen.

Wanderurlaub Sommer 2020
geräumige FeWo mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 WC/Duschen, sehr nette Vermieterin vor Ort, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen / Ausflüge im gesamten Ötztal, ruhiger Ort, Schafe mit Glöckchen und Lämmchen direkt nebenan haben uns sehr gefallen
