This 2BR, 2BA home, in The Village of Orange Blossom Gardens, is located close to everything that you will need to feel like a true Villager! You will have a beautiful view of the Village through the front lanai, with a second side lanai for your privacy. The golf cart ride to Spanish Springs is five minutes away to enjoy restaurants, shops and live, music every day of the week! Enjoy the many pools nearby along with all the golf courses, pickleball courts, and other sport.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
THIS IS A PET FREE PROPERTY!
Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

Nice and convenient
Property was in a great location, very clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Had a few issues with the golf cart, but the owner was great and helping us get it back on track. Communication with the property manager could have been better, but all worked out in the end and we were completely satisfied. We definitely rent this place again.
