"I spent the week at David's listing and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location was very close to the airport and the check-in instructions were simple and straightforward. David provides a number combination on the touch keypad for entry and each room is provided with its own key for renter security. Next morning power back on and the place was filthy—really hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived! Per on bathroom floor, dirt everywhere! We could not get ahold of owner, nor could hotels.com (we booked thru them). Got ahold of them finally and they told me they would work on a refund. So far—I got nothing! I don’t mind...
