"If you enjoy old homes with a cozy feel to them, this is the place. Its adorably decorated and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable. Theres a small garden with seating as well as a seating area out front . Its within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The neighbors were truly nice and friendly. The owner of the property was an amazing person. He was helpful and informative beyond any expectations. If we could give 10 stars we would....

"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"On arrival the converted barn was beautifully clean. Superb hot tub. Everything you could want was there except for a mop which would have been essential as coming from the hot tub left considerable wetness on the kitchen floor.The other detail, not shown in photos when booking, was the giant solar assisted heating pump in the small bathroom that was very off putting. "Fabulous stay at the cottage it had everything needed for a really comfortable break . It is a great base to see all the lovely things the Cotswolds has to offer . Nice to get back late afternoon and sit in the garden. Such a peaceful place . Lots of parking on site . Lovely local village with a brewery which was a nice place to visit . Would highly recommend this lovely place . 5 stars all round from us ."

"The most gorgeous little Cotswold stone cottage in an idyllic location with fabulous views. Cosy and beautifully furnished too, we loved it"

"Kitchen and floors were not clean at all. Food still stuck to cutlery and dirty glasses. Grubby work tops. Lots of cobwebs in the house, which is due to lack of cleaning. Bed & bathroom were clean enough. No mirrors in any of the rooms, we had to share 1 mirror in the landing between 5 girls which isn’t that great. To be honest if you’re not overly fussy or care where you stay it’s a great location and quiet village. "

"A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion. It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family "
