With great water views of Lake Winnipesaukee from your front deck, this comfortable condo is sure to delight

Best suited for 4-5 guests but can sleep up to 7

Built in 2002, the condo has a dining area with lake views, a nice functional kitchen and a comfortable living area. A front deck overlooking the lake and a rear deck provides added space to sit and relax after a fun-filled day.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and the other with a Queen Bed with overhead single Bunk Bed. A Full sized fold out sofa bed in the living area (with privacy curtain) provides extra accommodation if needed.

Ideally located for Laconia Bike Week!

4. During Ski Season - no ski boots except in garage.
