Private: natural state property 850 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (7 x 7 m, depth 160 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 26.Apr. - 27.Sep.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: table tennis, table football. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Marie curie" 800 m, sandy beach "Plage Lacanau Sud" 2 km, bathing lake "Lacanau Le Moutchic" 5.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school 2 km, riding stable 1 km. Es war sehr entspannend, schön...

Es war sehr entspannend, schönes Haus mit genügend Platz. Wir haben nur eine Bitte an alle Hundebesitzer....die Haufen aus dem Garten entfernen. Es ist eine Frage des Anstands. Wir besitzen auch einen Hund und für uns ist es selbstverständlich, die Spuren im Garten zu entfernen. Reisetipps: Arcachon, Dune de Pyla, Bordeaux, Weinroute des Bordelais.
