Belle maison aux prestations décevantes

La maison est agréable et bien située mais mal entretenue. Nous avons rencontré de nombreux problèmes : à notre arrivée le ménage avait été effectué de manière grossière et approximative - toiles d'araignées innombrables ! - 18 points lumineux étaient défaillants, la maison n'a pas été sécurisée pendant 10 jours car une baie vitrée ne fermait pas et son volet roulant était défectueux. Si ces problèmes ont été réglés au fur et à mesure du séjour nous avons perdu beaucoup trop de temps sur nos vacances à les gérer (sms, mails, passage de l'électricien et de la dame de ménage pour effectuer un ménage de fond), et nous nous sommes quand même passés de four pendant quinze jours ! Des prestations qui n'étaient pas à la hauteur et peu de considération de la part du propriétaire. Décevant.

maison magnifique dans un cadre très reposant

La maison est spacieuse et elle comprend plusieurs niveaux. La pièce à vivre à vivre est superbe et le dépaysement est garanti avec la proximité de la forêt de pins. Maison très bien équipée avec un accueil parfait et des conseils pour les activités à proximité. La maison se situe dans une résidence calme, éloignée du centre de Lacanau.

Une belle villa pour un séjour chaud et ensoleillé

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans la villa du 18 au 25 août avec nos deux enfants et avons été séduits par les lieux. La maison est parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque (jeux pour enfants, livres, DVD...) et l'extérieur est très agréable avec la terrasse ombragée et l'accès immédiat à la forêt de pins. La maison est fidèle au descriptif et aux photos, aucunes mauvaises surprises. L'accueil sur place est assuré par une personne résidant à Lacanau, ne pas hésiter à lui demander des conseils sur les activités et restos alentours. Le lotissement est plutôt calme, malgré la proximité d'autres maisons. Contrairement aux villas voisines, il n'y a pas de piscine mais il faut profiter des baignades à l'océan ou alors au lac du Moutchic pour ceux qui cherchent des eaux plus calmes. A louer sans aucune hésitation ! Deux vraies bonnes adresses restos : le Bistrot des Cochons et La Cabane, où le cadre est magnifique, et les plats sucrés-salés délicieux.

Une maison très agréable à vivre

La maison est bien équipée et bien aménagée. Elle est très agréable même par temps de pluie: grâce aux grandes baies vitrées, nous nous sentons en permanence au milieu des pins. L'accueil fut parfait (conseil sur les pistes cyclables, les restaurants du coin...). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de la maison: proche de l'océan, du lac et des pistes cyclables. Les enfants ont bien profité des nombreux jouets, petits livres et dvd mis à disposition.
