Maison idéalement située mais problème de bruit jusqu e tard dans la nuit ,est à l angle de 2 rue,beaucoup de passage dans la nuit , voitures , passage a pied …… Propriétaire sur le même terrain en vis à vis direct Sans séparation , un peu gênant manque d intimité notamment avec les salles d eau

sehr schöne Zeit in Lacanau-Ocean
Ein schönes, altes Häuschen, renoviert und mit schattigem Gärtchen. Da kann man auch gut bei Hitze sein. Das schöne Meer, der große Strand und ein Supermarkt sind in der Nähe. Und man kann auch zu einem schönen, nahe gelegenem See fahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. In der Hauptsaison ist die nahe gelegene Straße in Einzelfällen laut, so dass man in einem Schlafzimmer notfalls Ohrstöpsel braucht. Aber man kann nicht alles haben. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!!

Séjour très agréable
La maison bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal. La plage est toute proche et le supermarché et la ville était aussi à proximité. Le bruit de la rue ne nous a pas trop dérangés. La maison était joliment décorée et était équipée de tout le comfort. Même les jours de pluie, nous étions très à l'aise dans cette maison spacieuse.Nous avons apprécié les deux salles de bains et les enfants ont beaucoup aimé la chambre d'enfant dans les combles. Le propriétaire était très chaleureux et sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Merci beaucoup! Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel et nous le recommandons vivement.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Unser Urlaub in dem schönen Haus in Lacanau Océan hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus hatte alles was wir brauchten und der Garten mit Terasse ist wunderbar schattig und natürlich. Zwar haben die Kinder nach WLAN gefragt, aber das war im Voraus bekannt und die Mobiltelefonie funktionierte gut. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr gut (etwas weiter als die beschreibenen 25 Meter bis zum Strand, aber sehr nahe). Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus in Lacanau Océan: erholsames Urlaubsfeeling in Strandnähe
Das funktional und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtete Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Nordstrand von Lacanau Océan bietet mit großer Terrasse und Garten den idealen Ausgangspunkt zu einem herrlichen Strandurlaub mit Kindern. Auch eine Großfamilie kommt dort gut unter, da es genügend Schlafräume und Bäder gibt, damit man sich nicht in die Quere kommt. Super U, Bäckereien und die Geschäfte der Stadt sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Mit dem eigenen Fahrrad ist man sogar noch schneller und unabhängiger. Wer nachts ruhig schlafen will, muss jedoch wissen, dass das Haus an einer Kreuzung von zwei Straßen liegt, die direkt zum Nordstrand führen. Nicht etwa der Autolärm, sondern vielmehr zahlreiche nächtliche Urlauber*innen - teilweise in größeren Gruppen, die bis gegen 5:00 Uhr morgens mehr oder weniger vergnügt am Haus vorbeiziehen, können einen öfter einmal aus dem Schlaf wecken. Aber man kann diesen ja mittags nachholen :) Der Preis ist gehoben, für diese Lage aber sicher angemessen. Mit einer Großfamilie lässt er sich aber gut aufteilen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war - wenn er notwendig wurde - schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Der Kontakt mit fewo-direkt war jedoch zeitweise überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend, da Anfragen nicht bzw. erst nach mehreren Anläufen des Mieters bearbeitet wurden. Alles in allem hatten wir jedoch zwei Wochen einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Leider ungepflegt
Leider hat das Haus nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Es liegt an einer Kreuzung von Quartier- zu Durchgangsstraße, der Verkehr fängt am frühen Morgen an und dauert bis in die Nacht. Es fühlt sich an als fahren die Autos durch das Haus, welches nur zwei Meter neben der Straßen steht. Der Garten ist ungepflegt, genau so wie das Haus. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir eine eklige Insekten Invasion, die haben wir mit Giftspray in den Griff bekommen. Preis/Leistung stimmt leider gar nicht.

Immense déception!
Nous n'étions jamais partis avec Abritel et nous sommes très déçus car les avis ne correspondent pas au séjour que nous avons passé. Nous n'avons jamais eu ce problème avec d'autres sites où les avis sont très fidèles à la réalité. La maison louée à Lacanau manquait d'entretien général (porte sans poignée, rideaux douche et canapés quasi inutilisables sans un nettoyage préalable, moisissures dans la douche, faïence cassée, porte serviettes ou four très sales, carreaux et rideaux qui n'avaient pas vu le lavage depuis très longtemps, table jardin encrassée inutilisable, terrasse et jardins non entretenus). C'est dommage car c'est une vieille maison qui, rénovée, pourrait être agréable (le 1er étage a été refait à neuf donc plus agréable). La literie des chambres du bas est correcte mais très insuffisante pour les lits du haut. La maison est située à un angle de rue très passante toute la nuit (retour du centre-ville sur les campings du nord) donc très très bruyant. En revanche, proche du centre et de la plage. Globalement, maison à éviter si vous êtes sensibles au bruit et si vous êtes un peu regardant sur la propreté. A noter que le manque de propreté n'incombait pas aux locataires précédents (ménage de surface correct) mais bien à l'entretien général de la maison dû au propriétaire. Le propriétaire a quand même fait un geste en offrant le nettoyage de fin de séjour.

Maison de pays bord de plage,calme idéale famille, surf & velo
Nous étions un groupe de 7 amis, logés sans problème, la maison est très bien placée un peu a l’écart de la cohue mais très proche à pied du cœur village, confort basique type vacances décontractées , très bien équipée en cuisine, et propre avec 3 douches .. Hervé propriétaire sympa, a été très réactif et conciliant , donc nous y retournerons sans doute et recommandons !!
