In a small residence with parking, single storey apartment with a superb and unobstructed view of the beach enjoying an exceptional location in the resort with the Ile de Ré on the horizon.
1 living room with fitted kitchen area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, wc.
Equipment: 1 fridge, 2 hotplates, 1 mini-oven, 1 electric coffee maker, dining room furniture, 1 television, dishwasher, garden furniture.
Location: About 300 m from the town center with all shops and facing the beach with direct access.
Animals not accepted.
End of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
