Located in the central part of the Las Alpujarras region, in Sierra Nevada, the house is surrounded by chestnut, walnut, and fruit trees from its own orchards. From the house, you can admire Cerro Corona, situated between the Sierra de Lújar and Cerro del Conjuro. The Trevélez River stretches towards the valley, surrounded by the villages of Atalbéitar, Ferreirola, Mecina, Fondales, and Mecinilla, which, together with Pitres and Capilerilla, form La Tahá, an ancient administrative division of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada. The property has four independent, fully equipped apartments, each with a fireplace, and a shared pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying sunny days. CASA LA CHAPARRA offers privileged views, tranquility, and peace, providing you with a unique experience in a charming setting. The communal pool is open from June 1 to October 15.
