"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"My daughter and I stayed 3 nights.... The hotel is a great place to stay! The room was very quiet and provided lots of space to spread out and enjoy anytime spent in the room! A mini kitchen was perfect for a few quick meals (with a small grocery just 1 block away!). Would be nice if the hotel had a towel in the kitchen for drying the dishes though. The hotel was just 3 blocks for the seaside which was a quick walk. Staff were great. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again."

"I have stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are large enough, clean, the location is good. For a 3 star hotel in Nice, it is good value for money. I like having the kitchen-corner, Lidl is just around the corner, and I like best the rooms overlooking the back of the hotel, they are much quieter. I had breakfast on my first morning there. It was a huge disappointment. Breakfast is served from 7-10 and I went in at 9am. The policy is obiously not to replace once something has run out. ...

"Very well-equipped holiday apartment with comfortable beds. Friendly front desk. Walking distance to many restaurants along the waterfront, and to public buses up on the hill. The building is older and feels a bit like a hospital or old people's residence, with swinging fire doors and dim lighting in the corridors. There was a slight fishy smell in the unit due to the general humidity. Bring your own toilet paper! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Building is beautiful in a fantastic location with the town centre being only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious, clean and boasts a coffee machine and aircon throughout. We can’t thank our host enough for all he did for us throughout our stay! From recommending great places to eat and drink to making sure we were comfortable and safe for the duration of our week stay. Will definitely be returning."

"An *extremely* basic hotel. Very clean but far fewer amenities than a Travelodge or Premier Inn for a UK comparison. Had to pay to park and despite this still not enough spaces in the car park. "The Hotel Beua Rivage was a great palce to stay for my first time in Nice. It is situated right at the begining of Old Nice. I could easily walk into the new part of Nice or the old section from this hotel. It is just acros the street from the beach on the Mediterranean. I easily found my way around and enjoyed walking, biking and outdoor dining."
