Il est au troisième étage et se compose d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible 2 places, d’un coin cuisine entièrement équipé, et d’une salle d’eau avec WC indépendant. Il détient également une mezzanine qui détient une chambre avec un lit deux places. Équipé également d’un balcon avec salon de jardin, cet appartement très bien agencé vous séduira.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : balcon avec vue dégagé, salon de jardin, parking privé. Commerces à proximité et accès facile aux transports en communs. Port de plaisance et plage des Minimes tout proche.Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).
