Au 2ème étage, l'appartement se compose d'un séjour donnant sur un balcon orienté plein sud avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine de la résidence. Dans le séjour, un convertible 2 places, un coin cuisine équipée, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant. Les plus de cette location à la mer : Vue piscine, orienté sud, piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, résidence sécurisé, parking en sous-sol, proche plage
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Balcon sud, piscine, laverie, parking privé, proche de la plage et du port des Minimes. Transport en commun à proximité. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).

La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Ménage laissant à désirer

L'environnement était calme et conforme à l'annonce. Les places en sous-sol sont très étroites pour certaines. La propreté du logement n'était pas au top : poubelle intérieure sale, balcon et Étendoir à linge pas nets du tout. Des poils partout au sol ( animaux)

Très bon séjour

Studio très bien agencé et équipé dans une résidence sympa, près de la plage et des commerces et à 10/15 minutes du centre. Nous avons été parfaitement reçus par l'agence. Location recommandée pour un couple.
