Large kitchen 15 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Office. 1 small children's room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced 2 cars). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
