"Looking at reviews i was 50/50 on what to expect, but definitely better than i expected, place was clean, staff out from early every morning cleaning the pools and hosing down all the grounds, plenty for kids to do, only downfall the air-conditioning wasnt of any use and the entertainment was all in Spanish, but considering the price i would look at staying again if i was going to the same area"

"Fantastic hotel, we stayed at the Callaghan building but used the main hotel for check in and meal times. It was spotless, staff were friendly and everyone in our family loved the theme. Hotel has own entrance to the park which was handy. Food was very good, huge choice at buffet. Drinks prices were very reasonable. Would recommend. "
