"Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised - clean, secure, comfortable, well-stocked and excellent communication with property management. The roof top 'heated' pool was amazing. We walked to beach/town multiple times a day and found location very good. Close enough for convenience but far enough from the main square noise of music/bars/etc in the evenings. "I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Makawe. The rooftop was a great place to start our mornings with a good cup of coffee. The room was clean, the A/C worked well, and we enjoyed the balcony of the king suite! It was nice having a well-equipped kitchen for making snacks and keeping cold beverages on hand! Not sure if we will ever return to Sayulita, but if we do, Casa Makawe will be at the top of our list."

"Nice new building with a lovely pool and pool deck. Only downsides were: it was a fairly long hike north or south to the nearest towns. So be prepared to walk unless you have a car. Kitchen was missing some basics. I would also suggest a few more amenities in the suite such as a few books to share; an info sheet on things like the wifi code, what to do with garbage, etc. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay."
