The Space:
This fantastic space inside a tranquil residential area within close proximity to the popular sights and attractions in La Paz. You’ll find this to be the perfect place to stay and to make great new memories in La Paz!
The main spaces of the condo:
- A stylish and modern open living space with a comfy sectional couch and SmartTV. Also direct access through the sliding doors to a private balcony with a partial bay view. The place gets lots of natural light when the curtains are opened. It’s a great space to enjoy downtime moments at home between sightseeing, walking the Malecon and the beach and water activity!
- The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare a meal at home. There’s a built-in stovetop, microwave and all the cooking equipment needed to make something simple to enjoy in the comfort of home. There’s extras too like a coffee maker for the morning perk up.
- The dining spot is a 2-seater kitchen counter island. Just perfect for enjoying a simple meal at home. You could take your food outside on the patio by the pool and eat there too!
- The condo is on the first floor (not ground level) and has 2 bedrooms and 2 beds to accommodate 4 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, bathroom, AC and walk-in closet
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed, bathroom, AC, iron & ironing board
- Step outside to the pool and patio area! This is the ultimate highlight of this first-floor apartment. You can enjoy your own private pool any time of day!

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in Torres Cantera which is a residential area just a short 5-min drive (even walkable) to the La Paz Malecón boardwalk and close to downtown La Paz. Due to the fact that the area sits on an elevated hill, many of our guests choose to rent a car and drive or grab a taxi rather than walk up and back from the malecón.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 10 miles | 16 km or about a 25-30-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2.5 hour drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
The pool cleaning company comes on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the property.
*Please note: The property has limited Wi-Fi access. It uses a hotspot with limited data. It will work for Netflix, text messages and emails but it's not as reliable for work, for example for Zoom calls or anything with heavy bandwidth.
Must climb some steps up to the main level of the condo which is on the first floor up, not the ground floor.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, bed linens, washing machine, bath towels and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging any towels, bathing suits or clothing on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property via lockbox. All the access codes and check-in information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
