"Great food at both dinner and breakfast, the beach is excellent for walking and swimming. There was unfortunately no kettle for hot water in the room and the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable. "Reservamos una habitación en MP con cama matrimonial, al llagar al hotel nos informaron que este tipo de cama no existen en el hotel, solo en las Suites. Nos dijeron que solucionarían el problema poniendo un toper con cremallera, pero solo pusieron una sabana doble, el problema nunca se arregló, nos compensaron con el todo incluido plus. Pero esto no solucionó el problema de la cama que ha sido una verdadera incomodidad. El personal de servicio de restaurantes y bares muy alegres y serviciales. La recepción del hotel un poco menos, supongo por la carga de trabajo...En general la comida esta buena sobretodo en el restaurante La Toscana. Lo demás normalito, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente. "

Would be nice that when you go in to book it in the hotel website or any other website that explain that is for German tourists as everything is written in german including the main staff is German or Austrians. We were looking for a Spanish speaking staff and cuisine more Spanish as well. "
